For a more efficient and enjoyable appointment experience, we kindly ask that you arrive with your curls thoroughly detangled. This includes completely undoing any braids or twists and detangling your curls at home. Please ensure that your curls are not tied up in ponytails, buns, braids, twists, or excessively matted and tangled, as this may incur an additional detangling fee. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated as it helps us provide you with the best service possible

To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly request that you provide a minimum 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If you provide less than 24-hour notice, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service total will either be applied to your card or will be due at your next appointment. In the event of a "No Show" for your scheduled appointment, the full service total of 100% will be charged, and regrettably, future booking may be restricted.
